Answered :Remote Controller is not include battery ,because express company is not allow we send it ,hope understand.

Questions:more then 10m set is 10m strip in one line ?

Answered:10m strip is 2X5m ,because if strip more then 5m it will have voltage drop ,so it is 5m/roll.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
