Normally we will provide free shipping by DHL, but we will also send by the other carriers for free shipping in different cases, they are Aramex/EMS/Fedex etc.
Case 1: Your shipping area is remote location for DHL. You could find out if your area is remote area or not on DHL the website: raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp
Case 2: DHL is not allowed to use in your area. Like Russia, Brazil, Argentina.
Case 3: Good news for customers from Russia Belarus Ukraine Brazil etc countries, we choose EMSto ship parcel by default, safe, fast, with better ability of customs clearance. Delivery within about 10-20 working days by EMS.
Except all of 3 cases, If your address is remote area for us , you should add extra shipping fees
for DHL/ Aramex/EMS/Fedex etc, otherwise we will choose post mail shipping for free.
