Figure 2 is a true test of our speed, we tested all the memory cards can achieve this speed. So, if you want your memory card to play its ultimate performance, please use high quality USB3.0 card reader and USB3.0 computer interface, otherwise, that will directly affect the speed of tested.

Speed of Memory card and USB

If you feel the speed are very slow, please try to use below software to test it. Please prepare USB 3.0 plug, USB 3.0 card reader or USB 3.0 cable before you run the test. Otherwise, the test result will be slow as normal.

Step 2 : Insert your memory card / USB and follow the step in the software, it takes some time to run the test. Please make sure it will not lose connection during the test.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
