2. You click ” 8GB Ram” from Color and “128GB SSD” from Bundle, we will ship the mini pc with processor i3-8100 8GB Ram 128GB SSD and Windows preinstalled to you.

Be Careful:

If you are not IT expert or unfamiliar with pc installation, please buy bundle with ram at least. If buy bundle no ram, please use DDR4 Non-ECC SO-DIMM Ram. This PC DO NOT support DDR3 1.5V Ram. Free Operating System: Default installed our OEM version(not genuine) Win8 or Win10 in English for free,other languages can be selected among: Russian,Spanish,Portuguese,French,German,Arabic,Italian,Japanese,Turkish,Greek etc. Please inform us which language you want to install. Other systems like Linux,XBMC(Kodi), Ubuntu, Openelec etc if you need.all can support and need install by yourself

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

Will my items be sent in one package?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
