Thank you for purchasing our products,please pay attention to the following points before use

First:The LED string light is waterproof,It can put outdoor,But the controller is non-waterproof,please try to keep them indoor.If must be put outside,please use plastic bag to seal with the controller to avoid water,sincerely hope you could understand.

Second:when you open and hang up the LED string light,Please handle with care,Don’t pull the wire hard,Once the wire of light are broken ,there will be a light or half of the lights do not shine.If so,Cost of repair and back and forth freight will be paid by you own

Third:when you received the lights ,Please try to power before installation, make sure the lights is no problem then open,if when you hang up the LED string light after found the problem ,like this,It can only be repaired,not replaced

Fourth:The string lights connect the best length is 60 meters,when connection length greater than 60 meters,there may occur some lamp brightness decreases,affect life span etc

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
